His facility is very labor intensive. Looking to automate. They are packaging all types of fresh and frozen seafood. They are currently packing about 20,000 pounds per hour with 5.5 hour shifts. Production will increase with automation. They are currently in both retail and bulk markets. Looking to do anything from 1 lb bags to 30 lb ice packed cases.
